The Roster Agency, a creative company offering concierge access to top-tier freelance talent, announced it has become the first client of TheCollective Ventures, a newly launched business development firm founded by longtime Nashville recruiter Chris “Spinman” Spintzyk.

The partnership marks an early milestone for both organizations, with The Roster serving as the inaugural client for the venture.

With Collective Ventures, he aims to formalize a model that blends relationship-building, strategic positioning, and deal-making to accelerate growth for agency partners.
